'Luchnik-E' is newest Russian very short range SAM which use 'Strelets' launching modules armed with SA-24 missiles mounted on SA-13 (Strela-10) chassis. Luchnik-E carry 4 'Strelets' modules with two SA-24/SA-18 missiles inside each. It has range 6000 meters and can be engaged against low altitute targets like cruise missiles, helicopters, tactical aircrafts.
